FRIENDS OF FARRO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering to and using the Friends of Farro Programme you confirm you have reviewed, understood, and agree to these Friends of Farro Programme terms and conditions.

To become a Friend Of Farro, you must be a New Zealand resident and aged 18 years or older.

Farro reserves the right at its sole discretion to change these terms and conditions, the terms of any of its special offers, competitions or benefits relating to the Friends of Farro Programme at any time without notice, and you agree that each time you use the Friends of Farro Programme you accept the terms as existing at that time on www.Farro.co.nz.

Participation in the Friends of Farro Programme is open only to individuals (including employees of Farro). Participation is offered at the discretion of Farro, who has the right to accept or reject any application to participate at its sole discretion.

Only registered Friends of Farro Members are entitled to collect rewards and loyalty vouchers on their Account.

If you would like to cancel your Membership, you may do so at any time. Any points accumulated or unused reward vouchers will be rendered null and void at the time of cancellation. To cancel your Membership contact hello@Farro.co.nz.

Friends of Farro Accounts are not debit, credit or charge Cards, are not transferable and remain the property of Farro.

The Friends of Farro Card/Virtual Card (with barcode & unique number) is a Virtual reward Card only (no physical Membership Cards are issued) and benefits can only be applied upon presentation of the Card/Virtual Card (barcode) or by providing your registered mobile number by the relevant Friends of Farro Member.

Value loaded onto a Farro Gift Card at point of sale or otherwise is a qualifying amount for the purposes of spend in a calendar month towards a reward voucher when a Friends of Farro Card is used in the same transaction.

Any amount redeemed from a Farro Gift Card is not a qualifying amount for the purposes of spend in a calendar month towards a reward voucher when a Friends of Farro Card is used in the same transaction.

Any "cash out" portion of a transaction is not a qualifying amount for the purposes of spend in a calendar month towards a reward voucher when a Friends of Farro Card is used in the same transaction.

The Friends of Farro Programme is only valid at Farro stores including www.Farro.co.nz within New Zealand and is not valid with any other coupons, vouchers, discounts, in-store offers.

The Friends of Farro benefits provided are:

For every $400 spent in one calendar month, receive a $10 voucher.
The voucher is valid for four weeks from the date of issue.
Any multiple of vouchers may be redeemed in a single transaction.
No change is given on reward vouchers, they are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash
You will be eligible to receive special Friends of Farro prices when you use your Friends of Farro account. You must provide your Friends of Farro account details the checkout (when presenting you virtual card to be scanned or providing your mobile number) or, when shopping at www.Farro.co.nz, by entering your Friends of Farro number in your account details online.

Other Friends of Farro benefits as listed on www.Farro.co.nz from time to time.

Farro reserve the right to change the redemption amount and the dates from which Friends of Farro Points can be redeemed. We’ll give you reasonable notice of any change and let you know how this will affect you, if at all.

You may select your email and SMS marketing permissions when registering and we will respect any request for changes. Your personal information is held with Farro and will not be shared with any 3rd party partners or suppliers without your prior consent. You can find further information in our Privacy Policy on www.Farro.co.nz.

Each Friends of Farro Account is valid for one person only and rewards will not be issued in the name of any person other than the Friends of Farro Programme Member.

Farro is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen old physical Cards nor the redemption of any vouchers or benefits on compromised Accounts. You agree that if you suspect your Account has been compromised you are to contact Farro within a reasonable timeframe. Physical Cards will not be reissued.

Membership may be cancelled/refused to individuals by Farro at its sole discretion, if Membership is deemed to be fraudulent, linked to a fraudulent Membership and/or a Member engages at any Farro store and/or to a Farro store employee in a derogatory, harmful, drunken and/or manner otherwise regarded by Farro as highly inappropriate.

You are solely responsible for any government tax, duty or other charge imposed by law in any country in respect of your Friends of Farro Membership, your participation in Friends of Farro Programme, Farro giveaways, prizes or vouchers issued or any other transaction within or resulting from Friends of Farro Programme.

Any failure or delay by Farro in exercising its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights and any waiver by Farro must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Farro.

Farro reserves the right to terminate Friends of Farro Programme at any time by giving you at least 30 days prior written notice in which case you will cease to be able to use and/or participate within Friends of Farro Programme and Farro shall have no further liability to you.

Except as provided in any law which cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by agreement, Farro does not accept any liability whatsoever, including for negligent acts and omissions, with respect to:/p>

The breach of any of these terms or any term implied by law (including statute) by any person other than Farro;
Any Friends of Farro benefit or other reward, prize or giveaway;
Any death or injury or consequential loss or damage arising from the supply of a Friends of Farro benefit and/or other reward, prize, giveaway;
The loss, theft or destruction of a Friends of Farro card or any other Friends of Farro benefit or other reward, prize, giveaway;
Any failure, delay or inability to provide a Friends of Farro card or other Friends of Farro benefit or other reward, prize, giveaway to you caused by circumstances beyond its control, including strikes or industrial disputes, acts of god, flood, weather, war or civil disturbance; and
Any other liability, loss or damage incurred or suffered by any member (or any other person) in connection with Friends of Farro program.

Farro may give you notice:

By advertisement in a newspaper circulating throughout New Zealand;
By email or sms (to the last known email address or mobile number provided), which you are taken to have received upon the sender receiving confirmation the message has been sent;
By Farro website (www.Farro.co.nz), which you are taken to have received within 5 days of posting on the website; or
In writing, which you are taken to have received if issued by hand, immediately, or given by post on the earlier of the date of receipt or 3 days after it was sent via post;
You must advise Farro of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as the change occurs. Farro is not responsible for any failure by you to notify Farro of the change that may result in the loss of Friends of Farro benefits and/or any other rewards, prizes, giveaways. Written proof acceptable to Farro must be supplied for any change of details. Changes to address can be made by email to hello@Farro.co.nz or in writing to Farro, po box 147248, Ponsonby, Auckland 1144.

These terms will be construed according to and governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

You consent to us, our licensees, and business partners contacting you from time to time, including via telephone, post, facsimile and electronic (ie sms, internet) methods.

You agree that you have read and accept the terms of our privacy policy on www.Farro.co.nz including without limitation the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

Definitions:

"Member" means the person who is a member of Friends of Farro programme
"Farro store" means Farro store, whether it be a franchise or corporately owned and/or operated and/or Farro.co.nz.
"Friends of Farro Programme" means the loyalty program operated and managed by Farro by which a member may receive the Friends of Farro benefits in accordance with these terms.
"Friends of Farro benefits" means the facilities, services, products, discounts, offers, activities and events or arrangements offered or available to members from time to time.
"Friends of Farro card" means the unique membership number provided by Farro for use by each member in relation to Friends of Farro program.
"Farro gift card" means a gift card or voucher issued by Farro.
"We/us/Farro" means Farro Foods Limited.
